We are currently looking for a Paid Media Specialist to join the team of one of our partners in Montreal. They will offer you the opportunity to see the direct impact of your work on the evolution of their projects. Not to mention that you'll be surrounded by a highly skilled multidisciplinary team of experts. We haven't heard the last of them!


Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize Paid Media campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads.
  • Develop high-performing acquisition strategies to drive online and in-store sales.
  • Analyze campaign results and recommend data-driven optimizations.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-impact campaigns.
  • Plan and execute A/B tests to improve campaign performance.
  • Manage advertising budgets and maximize return on investment.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and produce performance reports.


Requirements:

  • 5 to 7 years of experience in Paid Media within a B2C, Retail, or Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) environment.
  • Strong expertise in Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, and GA4.
  • Solid understanding of marketing KPIs (ROAS, CAC, CPA, CTR, etc.).
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience managing significant advertising budgets.
  • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and results-oriented approach.
  • French and English proficiency is considered an asset.
