Your role will include: Providing direct care : Assist individuals with daily living activities such as meal preparation, personal hygiene, and medication administration. De-escalation Management : Implement strategies that foster positive behaviors and reduce challenging ones, helping individuals thrive in a safe environment. Empowering Participation : Support individuals in engaging in social and recreational activities that enhance their quality of life. Collaboration : Work hand-in-hand with a multidisciplinary team to create and implement individualized care plans tailored to each person's needs. Documentation : Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services, progress, and goals to ensure individuals receive the best care possible.
