The Marketing Manager oversees the strategy and execution of marketing campaigns across Centuri and its operating companies, with a clear mandate to identify marketing opportunities where Centuri is not yet showing up and close that gap with innovative, modern campaign strategies. This role owns digital marketing strategy and innovation, data discovery and marketing analytics, event strategy across the enterprise, and oversees branding efforts across a portfolio of operating companies. The successful candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trusted working relationships across a matrixed organization and collaborate effectively across the organization to move marketing initiatives forward and earn brand buy-in at every level. The Marketing Manager leads the Marketing Specialist and is the senior execution and strategy partner to the Director of Brand & Marketing, equally comfortable shaping the plan and making it happen. What You'll Do
Digital Marketing Strategy & Innovation
โ€ข Develop digital marketing plans and deploy innovative strategies to close those gaps across channels and operating companies
โ€ข Own marketing campaigns end to end, from strategy and concept through execution, measurement, and optimization
โ€ข Stay ahead of emerging digital marketing tools, platforms, and bring forward recommendations for brand marketing optimization
โ€ข Partner with design, digital, and external vendors to produce on-brand creative assets at scale
Data Discovery & Marketing Analytics
โ€ข Leverage CRM and Sales Hub data to uncover insights that drive actionable marketing initiatives and increase engagement.
โ€ข Monitor and report on campaign and channel performance, measuring impact and modifying or amplifying initiatives based on results
โ€ข Build and maintain reporting frameworks that connect marketing activity to enterprise-level business objectives and strategy
Event Strategy
โ€ข Set event strategy across trade shows, industry conferences, and customer-facing events, with the Marketing Specialist executing event logistics

What You'll Have
