SUMMARY: The Marketing Intern/Co-op supports the marketing of Tri-Mation for purposes of sales, employment and general awareness. The position works with Director, President and owners.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.

  • Manage postings for Tri-Mation accounts including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.
  • Take photos to post on our social media sites, website and share with the marketing group.
  • Take video and create short videos to demonstrate TMI's capabilities to customers.
  • Work with the marketing group and internal team members to create schedules for postings including topics, messaging, etc.
  • Create messages for social media.
  • Must be an active team player to support, accept responsibility and collaborate with the team; have effective skills in interpersonal communication, problem solving, critical thinking, empathy, and building relationships; and use independent judgment, creativity, and initiative.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

  • In process of obtaining a bachelors'degree in Marketing, with emphasis on social media, or related field.
  • Working knowledge of managing a company's social media including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram.
  • Experience working in an office environment, manufacturing/plant experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in all Office 365 applications; including Microsoft office (i.e. outlook, excel, word, power point).
  • Must have valid driver's license and authorized to work in U.S.
