About This Opportunity

InComm Payments is looking for a Card Production Manager II that will support a vast range of Financial Services products. This person will project manage the print production of gift card products and ensure products are setup, testing the products, and our products are fulfilled and have inventory (card, paper materials, and direct mail printing). This person should be comfortable with Microsoft Excel, multitasking, and strong communication skills. Great opportunity to get your foot in the door at a leading FinTech company.


Responsibilities
  • Manage print production of prepaid gift cards for a variety of retail products.
  • Responsible for job tracking, issuing purchase orders, statements of work, closing invoices, inventory management of print materials, delivery tracking for all projects, and monitoring quality milestones.
  • Responsible for Managing existing vendors and/or assist with onboarding new suppliers as needed, based on project parameters, capabilities, pricing, etc., while maintaining ethical vendor relationships.
  • Establish and maintain production timelines, schedules and budgets for multiple, concurrent, deadline-driven projects through all phases of design, prepress and printing to ensure successful execution.
  • Provide a variety of project status reports to internal teams on a scheduled basis.
  • Manage production milestones and set expectations to internal teams to include artwork files, data files, data/card testing, scheduling, and shipping.
  • Maintain issues and activities logs for various Program projects simultaneously.
  • Responsible for ensuring accuracy of data encoding by validating data proofs for each production order.
  • Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree (At the very least, some college + real-life work experience)
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Card Production, Printing, Operations or Direct Mail (or knowledge thereof, including prepaid gift cards, variable data fields, print collateral, etc.).
  • Project management experience a must.
  • Familiarity with variable data streams a plus.
  • Comfortable proactively engaging internal cross-functional teams to define new programs, provide production status, and work jointly through milestones to meet delivery timelines.
  • Self-starter – must possess sense of urgency and proven ability to prioritize workload across multiple product/project timelines.
  • Strong attention to detail, drive for accuracy and top-notch organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to function in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment, and cope effectively in stressful situations.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to listen attentively, respond effectively, and resolve issues as they arise – and/or understand when it is necessary to escalate.
  • Proficient use of Microsoft office programs, particularly Excel.
