Job description

Adecco is assisting a local client in recruiting for a Receptionist in St. Albans, VT.
Hours: Monday - Friday 7am - 4pm
Responsibilities for the Receptionist job:

  • Answer incoming phone calls in a professional manner
  • Direct and forward calls to appropriate staff members
  • Take accurate messages and ensure timely delivery
  • Greet visitors and assist with basic inquiries
  • Provide general clerical support to the office team
  • Perform data entry and maintain records as needed
  • Sort, organize, and distribute incoming mail
  • Assist with outgoing mail and package preparation
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

Qualifications for Receptionist:
  • Previous receptionist or administrative experience preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, data entry)
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Professional demeanor and customer service mindset
