About Cutalong:
Located in Mineral, Virginia, Tributer Resort spans 1,000 acres bordering Lake Anna and is poised to become a premier destination in Virginia. The development plan includes over 800 residential entitlements, featuring estate homes and homesites, executive homesites, cottages, villas, townhomes and luxury condominium accommodations. The resort's planned amenities include a spa & wellness center, multiple restaurants, social and conference meeting space and a rich array of resort activities all anchored by the prestigious Cutalong Golf Club.
Position Overview:
Our food and beverage team at Cutalong at Tributer Resort is seeking a friendly, efficient, and customer-oriented Line Cook to join our team. The Line Cook is responsible for preparing ingredients, cooking menu items according to recipes and quality standards, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in their workstation. The ideal candidate is passionate about food, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and works well as part of a team.
Responsibilities
General responsibilities include:
  • Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
  • Prepare and cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
  • Follow recipes, portion guidelines, and presentation standards
  • Ensure food is prepared and served in a timely and consistent manner
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation and kitchen
  • Adhere to food safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations at all times
  • Assist with receiving and storing deliveries
  • Communicate clearly with other kitchen staff and front-of-house team
  • Help with cleaning duties at the end of shifts or as directed
  • Report any equipment issues or shortages to the supervisor

Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a line cook or prep cook preferred
  • Knowledge of cooking techniques, kitchen equipment, and food safety standards
