Job description

Sumo Medical Staffing is recruiting an experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist for locum tenens coverage in Stafford and Fredericksburg, Virginia (VA). Starting as soon as credentialed, the role offers ongoing work with a competitive market rate and benefits.


Details:

• Ongoing coverage at multiple locations

• Day shifts available with 8s, 10s, or 12s hour options

• Level Two Trauma facilities

• Broad case mix including General, Pediatric, Neonatal, Obstetrics, Neuro, Thoracic, Vascular, and Orthopedic

• Responsibilities include Spinal, Epidural, and Regional anesthesia as well as pain management techniques

• Experience with post-operative epidurals and extremity blocks

• Advanced procedures including transforaminal injections, ventilator management, and management of acute volume and blood pressure issues

• Invasive line placement including central lines and pulmonary artery catheter placement

• Supervision model with Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist oversight


Requirements:

• Active Virginia license
