Our hybrid work environment combines the flexibility of remote therapy sessions with in-person presence at our Detox Center. This arrangement allows you to meet clients in comfortable, familiar settings via video chat while also accommodating regularly scheduled in-person meetings at our center. • Conduct individual counseling sessions through secure video conferencing and face-to-face appointments, catering to clients' unique circumstances.
• Assess mental health and substance use needs through comprehensive evaluations, crafting personalized treatment plans that reflect each client's goals.
• Implement evidence-based interventions, including cognitive-behavioral techniques and motivational interviewing, to support clients in overcoming their challenges.
• Monitor and document client progress meticulously, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed to maximize outcomes.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions aimed at fostering community support and shared healing experiences among peers.
• Collaborate with medical professionals, therapists, and support staff to ensure cohesive and comprehensive care for our client population.

As an LCSW at Thrive Collective, you will primarily work with clients facing substance use disorders and mental health challenges in a detoxification setting. Your role is pivotal in providing empathetic, culturally competent care to diverse populations, including adults from various socio-economic backgrounds. The therapeutic relationships you cultivate will encourage clients to embrace recovery and pursue mental well-being.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is essential to qualify for this role.
• An active, unencumbered LCSW license is required, with no history of disciplinary actions.
• Comprehensive experience in clinical social work, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning, is crucial for success.
