Overview
Our client, a top-tier management consulting firm, has partnered with a leading U.S. bank in NYC to hire an Automation & AI Business Analyst. The role focuses on building the foundational framework for enterprise Virtual Assistants, Responsible AI integration, and knowledge/content orchestration to enhance client and field-facing experiences.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

  • Virtual Assistant Foundation: Develop business requirements, content orchestration across middle layers, and guardrails for ontologies and refinement processes.
  • Content Curation & Knowledge Management: Design frameworks for content generation, classification, and curation, working with AI COE and business stakeholders to address audience-specific needs.
  • Capability Framework: Establish foundational capabilities for the VA roadmap, including integration with core systems, knowledge repositories, user interaction design, and chat features leveraging AI.
  • Evaluation & Monitoring: Define monitoring processes, call containment evaluation, KPI-driven outcome measurement, and user testing methodologies with robust feedback loops.
  • LRC & Responsible AI: Embed Responsible AI principles in design. Support Legal, Risk, and Compliance reviews, building on established LRC frameworks.
