Weekend Direct Care Worker (Male Caregiver)
Schedule: Friday, Saturday & Sunday | 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Direct Care Worker to provide support for clients with high behavioral needs and mental health diagnoses in our Bloomfield home.
Responsibilities
  • Provide direct care and supervision.
  • Assist with daily living activities, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.
  • Implement behavior support strategies and maintain a safe, supportive environment.
  • Complete required documentation and follow individualized care plans.
Requirements
  • Experience supporting clients with high behavioral needs and mental health conditions.
  • Flexible and reliable with weekend availability.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to pass a criminal background screening.
  • Current CPR & First Aid certification.
  • Updated TB screening and medical clearance.
  • Must complete all required CMH certifications within 30 days of hire.
