Warehouse Associate

Location: Easton, PA

PAY: $20.00 per hour

Shift: 1st shift

Hours: 6:00 AM until 2:30 PM; Monday – Friday with some overtime as needed.

Contract: 6-month contract with possible conversion to direct (this depends on your performance and attendance.)

IF YOU ARE TRANSITIONED TO A DIRECT ASSOCIATE AFTER 6-MONTHS, YOU WILL NEED TO AGREE TO WORK 2ND SHIFT. ALL NEW DIRECT HIRES WILL START ON 2ND SHIFT AFTER BEING CONVERTED FROM A CONTRACTOR TO A FULL TIME ASSOCIATE.

Interview Type: Teams Interview with Camera On, with Hiring Manager

11 Paid Holiday 1 PTO a month on the 1st of the month

Most important: Picker Packing Sorting Checking General warehouse

Position Scope: Picking and packing automotive parts Reading orders Cycle counting RF Scan

Education: High School Diploma or GED required.

Experience: Previous logistics or distribution experience will be required. Knowledge of the general warehouse industry, best practices, and techniques. Knowledge of Quality Management Systems. Familiar with Warehouse Management System functionality – SAP preferred. Proficient written and oral communication skills. Ability to obtain all Dangerous Goods Certifications.
