This role oversees vendor relationships, contract management, and cross-functional initiatives to support merchandising programs and store operations. The Director drives continuous improvement by analyzing business trends, aligning resources, and fostering a culture of accountability and integrity. The Wireless Operations team at Walmart leads the execution of wireless activations across stores and online, collaborating with national carriers, service providers, and internal partners. This team focuses on delivering a seamless activation experience by managing performance, resolving operational challenges, and supporting store teams with tools and training.
