The Dining Room Host is responsible for creating a warm, clean, and welcoming environment for all guests. This role focuses on hospitality, dining room cleanliness, guest assistance, and overall guest satisfaction. Dining Room Hosts play a key role in delivering Chick-fil-A's signature service by ensuring every guest feels cared for and valued.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet guests with a friendly, positive attitude and offer assistance as needed
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting dining room at all times
  • Clear tables promptly and sanitize surfaces according to food safety standards
  • Refill beverages, condiments, napkins, and dining room supplies
