A Dining Room Supervisor plays a key leadership role in supporting the General Manager with the daily operations of the Front of House.


This position is responsible for supervising hourly team members, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment, delivering exceptional guest service, and helping to drive restaurant profitability. Responsibilities include overseeing floor operations, maintaining sanitation standards, and completing administrative tasks in alignment with company policies. The Dining Room Supervisor leads by example-coaching and developing team members, providing clear direction, and consistently reinforcing Anthony's Coal Fired Pizza's standards, values, and guest-first culture.


What it Takes to be a Part of the Team...

  • Oversee daily Front of House operations to ensure high standards of service, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction
  • Lead and support team members during shifts, including scheduling, guest interaction, and shift planning
