HUNT CLUB STEAKHOUSE HOST at Destination Geneva National

With panoramic views of the signature Gary Player Course and the western shore of Lake Como, Geneva National’s rustic Hunt Club Steakhouse draws loyal diners year-round with its choice cuts, winning wine list and clubby ambience within the 100-year-old Crane Manor. Honored for 14 consecutive years by Wine Spectator and the recipient of multiple accolades from TripAdvisor, Open Table and Thrillist, this chic southeast Wisconsin steakhouse delivers a passion for excellence with every dish and drink.

Here is your opportunity to join the area's premier fine dining team as a member of our professional front-of-house host staff. Primary responsibilities include opening the door to welcome guests, escorting diners to their tables, providing them with menus, and answering calls for reservations.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Watch as guests walk up to the Crane Manor, then open the door to greet and welcome them to the Hunt Club Steakhouse.

• Escort guests to their reserved table.

· Once seated, provide guests with menus, answer any initial questions, and introduce their server.

· Answer the phone, take reservations, respond to questions and provide exemplary and thoughtful customer service in the process.

. Assign guests to preferred tables while keeping table rotation in mind. (Knowledge of Open Table a plus.)

• Value timely communication by keeping the Restaurant Manager apprised of special requests, special occasions or complaints and taking ownership to ensure that that all are addressed with care.

• Back up the team as needed, e.g., bussing and setting tables.

• Uphold high sanitation, safety, and service standards.
