Our goal each and every day is to provide care, comfort and respect to our residents. We are looking for individuals with skill, ability and compassion to fulfill our part-time and full-time Server positions. We believe that taking pride in everything we do for our residents is a calling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Food preparation and set up
  • Dining room services
  • Emptying garbage and moving it to dumpster
  • Cleaning of dining room and kitchen

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • One or more years’ dietary aide experience in an upscale assisted living community
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Flexibility with schedule and available to work weekends and holidays
  • Must enjoy working with seniors

Work Environment:

This job position requires moderate physical demands. Duties may include frequent walking, stooping/kneeling/bending, lifting/carrying, and pushing/pulling during work.
