Key Responsibilities
  • Table Maintenance: Promptly clear used trays, plates, cups, and trash from tables and counters.
  • Sanitation: Wipe down and sanitize dining tables, chairs, and high chairs between guests.
  • Station Upkeep: Empty trash and recycling bins regularly; sweep and mop dining area floors as needed.
  • Guest Assistance: Help visitors find seating, answer general questions about the venue, or assist families and elderly guests.
  • Supply Restocking: Keep condiment stations, napkins, straws, and utensils fully stocked.
  • Safety Compliance: Report spills, broken furniture, or safety hazards to management immediately.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Communication: Friendly customer service and basic English communication skills.
  • Physical Stamina: Ability to stand and walk for long shifts, and lift up to 25–30 pounds.
  • Reliability: Punctual and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
