Position Summary

The Director of Ministry Support provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for the Ministry Support Department across all campuses. This role is responsible for creating efficient systems, supporting ministry operations, overseeing facilities and Planning Center Online (PCO), and ensuring operational excellence that allows ministry teams to thrive.

This leader will help create environments where ministry can flourish by integrating people, systems, technology, and spaces to support the mission of Higher Dimension Church.

Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Strategy
  • Lead and oversee the Ministry Support Department, including:
    • Facilities
    • Information Technology (IT)
    • Security
    • Ministry Support Administration
    • Planning Center Online (PCO)
  • Provide strategic leadership, vision, and operational direction
  • Collaborate across departments to strengthen organizational systems and workflows
  • Provide operational support that allows leadership to focus on ministry impact and pastoral care
  • Support special events, outreach initiatives, conferences, funerals, and church-wide gatherings
Team Development
  • Recruit, onboard, train, and develop staff and volunteers
  • Foster a healthy culture built on trust, accountability, teamwork, and excellence
  • Lead team meetings, trainings, and development opportunities
  • Build systems that support sustainable ministry growth and leadership development
  • Maintain strong team relationships through regular communication and coaching
Planning Center Online (PCO) Strategy
  • Oversee strategic implementation and optimization of Planning Center Online across ministries
  • Train and support staff on scheduling, workflows, and system usage
  • Ensure operational consistency and alignment across campuses
  • Improve systems and workflows to support ministry execution and volunteer engagement
Facilities & Operations
  • Oversee buildings, grounds, and equipment across all campuses
  • Manage preventative maintenance plans and vendor relationships
  • Coordinate repairs, renovations, and operational improvements
  • Ensure campuses remain clean, safe, welcoming, and ministry-ready
  • Oversee facilities budgets, compliance, and operational stewardship
  • Participate in strategic planning related to campus growth and operational readiness
Operations & Stewardship
  • Develop efficient, scalable systems and workflows
  • Manage projects, priorities, and ministry support operations
  • Provide regular reports, metrics, and dashboards for leadership
  • Support annual ministry goals through operational excellence and accountability
  • Steward church resources wisely to maximize ministry impact

  • Experience with Planning Center Online (PCO) preferred
Schedule
  • Tuesday-Thursday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Sunday: 7:00 AM - 2:00 PM
