Dimension Construction Inc. is seeking two experienced, motivated Job Site Superintendents to lead commercial construction projects across the Southeast. In this role, you’ll be the key field leader responsible for ensuring on-time, on-budget project delivery while upholding our quality and safety standards. Ideal candidates are highly organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy, with the ability to manage subcontractors and drive results in a fast-paced, high-trust environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day on-site operations for assigned commercial construction projects
  • Ensure project delivery meets timeline, budget, quality, and safety standards
  • Coordinate with Project Managers to execute construction schedules
  • Communicate effectively with subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and clients
  • Enforce jobsite safety, cleanliness, and accountability among all workers
  • Complete daily reports and photo documentation using ProCore or similar software
  • Conduct quality control walkthroughs and resolve issues proactively
  • Track and report material usage, T&M tickets, and subcontractor progress
  • Ensure accurate project documentation and adherence to company procedures
  • Travel as required to job sites in multiple states

Qualifications
  • Ability to work on sites located across the Southeast for extended periods
  • 5+ years of experience in commercial construction field supervision
  • High school diploma or GED required; additional education a plus
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Proficiency with construction management software (ProCore preferred)
  • Ability to read and interpret plans, scopes, and specifications
  • Highly organized and self-motivated with attention to detail
  • Tech-savvy — able to use tablets, reporting apps, and mobile documentation tools
  • Unafraid to hold subcontractors accountable and provide honest feedback
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
