Job Summary:
Acrisure is seeking a Senior Workday Analyst with deep experience in Workday integrations, complex reporting, and Workday Extend to support and scale our global Workday ecosystem across North America, LATAM, and EMEA. This hands-on role is responsible for designing, maintaining, and optimizing integrations and reporting solutions, supporting advanced business requirements, and extending Workday functionality to meet evolving enterprise needs. The ideal candidate combines strong technical Workday expertise with a solid understanding of HR and business processes.
Responsibilities
Workday Integrations
  • Design, build, and support inbound and outbound Workday integrations using EIBs, Core Connectors, Studio, and APIs
  • Partner with internal teams and vendors to support integrations with payroll, benefits, finance, CRM, and downstream systems
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve integration issues, ensuring data accuracy and reliability
  • Document integration designs, data mappings, and support procedures
  • Support integration standardization across acquisitions and global tenants

Reporting & Analytics
  • Design and maintain complex Workday reports, dashboards, and calculated fields
  • Develop advanced reporting solutions using Composite, Matrix, and Trending reports
  • Support regulatory, audit, and leadership reporting needs across regions
  • Ensure data integrity and consistency across reports, integrations, and downstream consumers
  • Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable reporting solutions

Workday Extend & Advanced Solutions
  • Support and configure Workday Extend applications to address business needs beyond core Workday functionality
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and solution design for Extend use cases
  • Support testing, deployment, and ongoing enhancements of Extend applications
  • Ensure Extend solutions align with Workday security, data governance, and integration standards

Cross-Functional & Platform Support
  • Partner closely with HR, Finance, Payroll, IT, and external vendors
  • Conduct impact analysis for configuration changes affecting integrations and reporting
  • Assist with M&A activities, including data conversion, integration alignment, and reporting readiness
  • Support Workday release testing with a focus on integrations, reporting, and Extend impacts

Security, Compliance & Documentation
  • Support security remediation related to integrations and reporting access
  • Assist with audit documentation and controls
  • Maintain clear, thorough documentation for technical designs and ongoing support

Requirements
  • Strong expertise in Workday Integrations, Advanced Reporting, and Calculated Fields
  • Hands-on experience with EIBs, Core Connectors, Studio, APIs, and reporting frameworks
  • Experience supporting complex, multi-system Workday environments
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience withWorkday Extend
  • Global tenant and multi-country support experience
  • Consulting or Workday implementation background
  • Exposure to Workday security design and governance

Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 5+ years HRIS experience; 3+ years' Workday configuration

Pay Details:
The base compensation range for this position is $85,000 - $155,000. This range reflects Acrisure's good faith estimate at the time of this posting. Placement within the range will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, location, and internal equity.
Candidates should be comfortable with an on-site presence to support collaboration, team leadership, and cross-functional partnership.
