Job description

Weekend Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) – PRN

Job Type: PRN on weekends Location: King County, WA Pay: $45–$60/hour DOE

Join our hospice team as a PRN Weekend Registered Nurse serving patients throughout King County. In this role, you will provide compassionate end-of-life care, perform patient assessments, manage symptoms, coordinate care plans, and support patients and families in the home setting.

Responsibilities
  • Complete hospice assessments and develop individualized care plans.
  • Provide skilled nursing care, medication management, and symptom control.
  • Coordinate care with physicians, caregivers, and the interdisciplinary team.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
  • Educate patients and families on care needs and disease progression.
  • Participate in on-call and team meetings as needed.
Qualifications
  • Current Washington RN license.

  • Current CPR certification.
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
  • Strong assessment, communication, and time-management skills.
