What You'll Love

Status: Salaried W-2 position (Full‑Time or Part‑Time) - $1,500-$2,000 weekly

Productivity expectation of 30 patient visits per week, with an additional per-visit rate of approximately $65–$70 for visits completed above that threshold

Schedule: Visits fall within business hours (8:00 AM–8:00 PM); you won't work all 12 hours

THE GROWTH YOU HELP PROVIDE AS A HOME HEALTH REGISTERED NURSE

What You'll Do:

  • Perform in‑home skilled nursing visits - SOCs, recerts, routine skilled visits, discharges; complete thorough assessments, implement plan of care, and educate patients/families.
  • Document accurately and on time in the EMR (assessments, care provided, orders, signatures) to support billing, compliance, and continuity.
  • Coordinate care & communicate with physicians, therapists, care coordinators, and admin to align orders/authorizations and keep care plans current.
  • Monitor progress & escalate concerns (changes in condition, safety risks, non‑compliance) to prevent adverse events and avoid unnecessary hospitalizations.
  • Support compliance & quality - follow policies, payer requirements, and home health standards; participate in QA and care plan updates.

OUR IDEAL HOME HEALTH REGISTERED NURSE

We're looking for a nursing professional who can meet the following qualifications:

  • 3+ years' nursing experience
  • Active Florida RN license
  • Reliable transportation for in‑home visits

Preferred:


  • Prior home health/field experience
  • SOC/Recert/Discharge experience
  • Strong documentation & OASIS
  • Spanish speaking
