This role at Digitas will serve as a member of Publicis Groupe's strategic internal agency, Constellation.

Constellation serves as an internal-facing brand formed by a collective of Publicis Groupe agencies to address our client's creative, data, strategy, media, and technology requirements. Team members collaborate across agencies while functioning as sub-divisions within their respective brands to provide dedicated support for the client. By acting as a unified interface, Constellation eliminates operational silos and presents a single service entity and primary point of contact for the client.

Overview

This role puts you at the heart of an innovative way of working within Publicis Groupe, on a fast-paced account where no day is the same. Championed as one of the most exciting and forward-thinking pieces of business, you will be part of a pioneering team that supports a major electronics account. This team brings together the best of Starcom, Digitas, Razorfish subject matter experts which offers a unique, multi-faceted exposure to a range of marketing issues and the ability to learn every day. It does require a fast thinking, highly collaborative, positive energy but will be very rewarding for the right person.

The Senior Analyst role helps support media strategy, audience activation, consumer research, competitive intelligence and measurement teams using research, data, and analytics techniques to answer client business questions and establish/implement best practices. The Senior Analyst role is expected to be a creative thinker, a hand-raiser and problem solver, always in search of both the numbers and the 'why' behind the numbers.

Responsibilities
  • Audience Strategy and Management: Contribute to integration of audience research and activation for end-to-end audience approach
    • Develop target audience profiles using mix of syndicated and client data to craft holistic audience strategy grounded in business objectives
    • Partners closely with investment team on audience translation with platforms and publishers
    • Translates market research into addressable targeting signals and strategies for campaigns
    • Builds expertise first, second and third party data activation for consumer targeting
  • Business Planning: Supports broader business initiatives by providing insight into industry and category intel that impacts our line of work
    • Assist in providing always-on competitive analysis, including recurring reports as well as ad hoc analyses using a range of competitive monitoring approaches covering media spending, creative launches, social activity, industry, business and product news
  • Campaign Reporting: Supports the performance analytics team in ingesting and summarizing key media performance findings and optimizations
    • Support measurement and analytics workstreams including coordinating landscape context to inform media performance
    • Assists performance analytics team in ingesting campaign lift study reporting
    • Assists in attitudinal lift survey development, measuring media's impact on key KPIs
  • Thought Leadership: Contributes to broader team initiatives in staying on the cusp of innovation
    • Manage research vendor exploration in efforts of expanding current data providers by coordinating meetings and vetting capabilities
    • Constantly stays informed on evolving media landscape, including research and emerging trends to provide insight to both media planning teams and clients

  • Self-motivated, willing and able to learn in a fast-paced environment
