Job description

Position Summary

The Digital Media Specialist will be responsible for managing corporate photography records, working on internal and external graphic design projects, and creating high-quality photography and video content for social media and company publications, in addition to content writing and publication. This role requires a blend of technical skills, creativity, copywriting, and attention to detail to effectively enhance Phillips Edison content and communications strategy.

Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Asset Management
  • Implement the company's digital asset management strategy.
  • Manage and maintain the corporate photography and video library, ensuring all assets are organized, properly tagged, and easily accessible.
  • Maintain and update the digital asset management system.
  • Monitor and report on the usage and performance of digital assets.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to digital asset management.
Content Creation and Copywriting
  • Capture and edit high-quality photographs and videos for social media, company publications, and other digital platforms.
  • Support the Senior Marketing Manager in the creation of content for various marketing materials.
  • Develop and edit copy for social media posts, digital publications, and other marketing materials as needed.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team and internal departments to understand content needs and deliver high-quality visuals and written materials.
  • Ensure all visual and written content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent look, feel, tone, and voice.
  • Manage multiple projects, meeting deadlines and ensuring attention to detail.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in digital media, marketing, or related field.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in digital content creation, copywriting, and digital asset management
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant software.
  • Experience with CRM software preferred.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and best practices for visual content.
