O365/Digital Workplace Manager-Mars Veterinary Health
LOCATION & SCHEDULE:
Support Office - Vancouver, Full time
COMPENSATION:
$113,993.00 - $178,114.06

Why This Role Matters:
The O365/Digital Workplace Manager will lead the team responsible for the strategy, implementation, and administration of MVH's digital collaboration and productivity platforms. This role is focused on enhancing the Associate experience by ensuring our digital tools, primarily the Microsoft 365 suite, are secure, reliable, and effectively utilized across our global organization.
You Will:
  • Live and exemplify the Five Principles of Mars, Inc. within self and team.
  • Oversee the administration, governance, and support of the Microsoft 365 suite, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
  • Develop a roadmap for our digital workplace tools. Drive user adoption and best practices through training, communication, and partnership with business units.
  • Implement and manage security policies, data governance, and compliance controls within the M365 environment in partnership with the security team.
  • Manage the resolution of service-related issues and act as the primary point of contact for the M365 platform. Monitor service health and performance.
  • Stay current with the M365 ecosystem and emerging digital workplace trends, identifying opportunities to introduce new features and capabilities to improve collaboration and productivity.
  • Other job duties as assigned.

Your Experience Should Include:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience managing enterprise-scale Microsoft 365 environments.
  • Deep technical expertise in M365 administration, including Exchange, SharePoint, and Teams.
  • Experience with M365 security and compliance features (e.g., Conditional Access, DLP, eDiscovery).

Salary range: $113,993-$178,414
Compensation is determined based on education, experience, and other relevant credentials. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, location, and market competitiveness.
