Job description

The Digital Banking Representative will be responsible for maintaining a comprehensive understanding of the Credit Union's digital banking platform. They should be knowledgeable of all digital product offerings and member support policies and procedures. This role will support the department’s initiatives and goals by coordinating collaborations and ensuring effective member support across all digital touchpoints.

A Day in the Life of a Digital Banking Representative INCLUDES:

  • Assisting with organizing and maintaining accurate documentation, supporting department research initiatives from implementation to production monitoring.
  • Coordinating, organizing, and documenting department collaborations with internal/external resources to track department activities, initiatives, and goals.
  • Assisting in the organization and updates of documentation related to the digital user experience, ensuring accuracy and clarity of the step-by-step process for support and training needs.
  • Assisting and maintaining department data metrics and reporting processing tasks that include the ability to retrieve, organize, and update internal reports and improve reporting formats with self-guided training in programs such as Excel, Power BI or other software as assigned.
  • Assisting in the optimization of the Credit Union’s digital offerings by researching, coordinating and documenting collaborations with internal and external resources to gather relevant data and present cohesive results to team leaders.

Digital Banking Representative Skills and qualifications include:

  • 2 years of prior experience in a financial institution to include processing transactions, supporting digital and/or payment offerings and general knowledge of loan and account opening processes.
  • High school education or equivalent.
  • Excellent oral, written, and telephone communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.

    • Travel is rarely necessary for this position.
