GENERAL SUMMARY
The Senior Vice President of Technology, Data & Digital Strategy is the Company's senior leader responsible for technology operations, enterprise data, cybersecurity, and digital innovation.
This role uses secure, reliable technology and trusted data to support and advance business strategy, strengthen operations, improve decision making, and enhance long-term shareholder value.
The position provides senior leadership for the Company's technology, cybersecurity, governance, compliance, disaster recovery, business continuity, and enterprise data programs, ensuring the security, integrity, availability, and appropriate use of information and technology assets while maintaining a strong control environment and supporting regulatory and audit requirements.
The successful candidate is a strategic, people-first leader who fosters accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement while developing high-performing teams and translating business objectives into practical technology solutions that deliver measurable value.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Technology Operations & Security
  • Provide leadership and oversight for the Company's technology infrastructure, applications, business systems, cybersecurity, and technology operations.
  • Ensure reliable, secure, and scalable technology platforms that support business objectives.
  • Establish and maintain enterprise cybersecurity, governance, compliance, disaster recovery, and business continuity programs.
  • Lead IT general controls (ITGCs), application controls, SOX IT compliance activities, and technology risk management initiatives.
  • Manage technology budgets, vendor relationships, contracts, and investments to align priorities with business objectives and deliver secure, cost-effective, and high-quality services.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing technology organization focused on customer service, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Enterprise Data & Governance
  • Develop and implement the Company's enterprise data strategy in support of long-term business plans.
  • Lead modernization of enterprise data architecture, data platforms, and analytics capabilities.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of enterprise data models that support trusted reporting, advanced analytics, and future AI capabilities.
  • Ensure the Company's data, analytics, and information assets are effectively governed, accessible, and leveraged to support decision making and operational excellence.
  • Establish and maintain enterprise data governance and stewardship frameworks that ensure accountability, data quality, security, accessibility, and regulatory compliance.

Digital Transformation & AI
  • Establish and execute the Company's enterprise AI strategy to enable the secure and effective adoption of artificial intelligence at scale.
  • Identify opportunities and lead enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, improve scalability, and increase employee effectiveness.

Strategy & Leadership
  • Develop and maintain a multi-year technology, data, and digital transformation roadmap aligned with corporate strategy, operational priorities, and risk management objectives.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, sound risk management, and responsible technology adoption throughout the organization.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on technology, cybersecurity, data governance, and emerging technology opportunities and risks.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This job does have supervisory responsibilities.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field, and 15+ years of progressive technology leadership experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Public company experience strongly preferred, including executive leadership of SOX compliance, IT general controls (ITGCs), cybersecurity, regulatory compliance, disaster recovery, and business continuity programs.
  • Experience leading enterprise technology, cybersecurity, infrastructure, business systems, and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Demonstrated success leading enterprise data, analytics, AI, and cloud-based business intelligence capabilities that support strategic decision-making.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts, risks, opportunities, and investment priorities into actionable business insights that support informed decision-making and organizational alignment.
  • Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams while aligning technology investments and roadmaps with business strategy.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Professional certifications in cloud technologies, cybersecurity, project management, or IT governance are a plus.
