Job description

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
We are seeking a creative, results-driven Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key contributor to our marketing team, this position will play a role in shaping and executing campaigns, both social and email, that drive engagement and measurable results. The Senior Digital Marketing Specialist will create, manage, and monitor online campaigns across email and social channels in partnership with manager, including reputation management. Additionally, they will draft content, and review content created by the Digital Marketing Coordinator for both corporate and community social channels. We are looking for someone with a general understanding of email marketing campaigns and has a strong grasp in knowledge or experience in developing and executing social media strategy.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
Corporate Social Media Management
  • Develop digital opportunities to foster customer loyalty and promote brand awareness.
  • Develop and implement a social media strategy for corporate social feeds, to include existing organic and paid advertising efforts to generate customer traffic and engagement across all divisions.
  • Monitor social updates and stay up to date on industry trends for both social media and email marketing.
  • Monitor brand reputation across all digital media and online marketing platforms.
  • Conduct internal social media training, in conjunction with Digital Marketing Coordinator.
  • Manage digital experience for company.
Community Social Media Management
  • Execute and manage community digital marketing campaigns across various social platforms.
  • Build social strategies at community level based on data and social trends, and work with Digital Marketing Coordinator and community teams to ensure strong execution.
Marketing Campaigns
  • Support Digital Marketing Manager with tracking and reporting on campaign performance as well as recommend optimization strategies.
Email Marketing
  • Conduct research and support email marketing projects to drive improved user experience and online engagement.
  • Establish an email marketing strategy for top of funnel drip campaigns across the portfolio.
  • Manage email marketing initiatives including campaign development, audience segmentation and performance tracking.
Vendor and Departmental Collaboration
