This allows for higher quality picture and sound, more channels, and interactive features such as electronic program guides. DTV also supports high-definition (HD) and standard-definition (SD) content, providing viewers with improved clarity and additional viewing options. The switch to digital television has enabled broadcasters to use the available spectrum more efficiently and offer advanced services to consumers.

Collaboration is key, as teams typically include producers, editors, engineers, and creative staff who must coordinate closely to ensure high-quality broadcasts.
