Responsibilities
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our team! In this role, you will plan, develop, and execute web, social, and online strategies to make ADS a digital leader in the stormwater space. If you are passionate about digital marketing and have strong storytelling and analytical skills, we would love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
  • Build infrastructure to support ADS Digital Transformation.
  • Integrate systems to create a cohesive customer experience.
  • Lead and advocate for digital marketing.
  • Evaluate software and trends to benefit the business.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, external agencies, and vendor partners.
  • Optimize digital campaigns using email, SEO/PPC, social, etc.
  • Create marketing content to promote products/services/sustainability.
  • Implement marketing automation capabilities to drive engagement, loyalty, and sales.
  • Develop a full view and attribution and ROI model using digital and social analytics.
  • Create dashboards and infographics for actionable insights.
  • Measure and report performance of digital marketing campaigns against goals (ROI and KPIs).

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, technology, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 7-10 years of experience in digital marketing or related field.
  • CMS experience (Sitefinity a plus).
  • CRM experience (Salesforce preferred).
  • Marketing Automation experience (Pardot preferred).
  • Digital Asset Management (DAM) experience.
  • Product Information Management (PIM) experience.
  • Expertise in digital analytics (tagging, attribution, dashboard development).
  • Knowledge of website analytics tools.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%.
