Job Description:
  • The QA Digital Manager is responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining digital quality assurance strategies and systems. This role is crucial in ensuring that our digital products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supports and assists in executing strategies in team / organization.
  • Quality Assurance leadership in a focused supply chain. Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, root causes of quality issues, and opportunities for process improvement. Use digital tools to identify action plan to reduce key quality assurance output measures - unplanned holds, quality incidents.
  • Site leader for digital quality systems. Drive engagement across the site and continuous improvement to achieve a high standard of quality compliance.
  • Growth expectations aligned with team and individual performance in a stable external business environment.
  • Participates in the development and implementation of new ideas, techniques, procedures, services, or products under guidance.
  • Collaborates and networks effectively within immediate team or work domain as required to maximize job impact and personal learning.
  • Develops basic knowledge and skills necessary for current job requirements.
  • Engages in learning opportunities and assists in change management initiatives for new processes under guidance.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and experience with data science principles to drive quality insights
  • Experience in developing and managing digital quality assurance systems
  • Familiarity with QA tools and methodologies. Proficiency in method development for quality assurance processes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent professional presentation skills, both written and verbal.
