Position Summary

The Procurement Digital Tools Intern supports the Global Procurement Center of Excellence Tools & Systems team. The role focuses on sustaining and expanding procurement automation tools while contributing to digital transformation, analytics, process improvement, and other priority initiatives within the Procurement CoE roadmap.

What you will do:

  • Support the maintenance, testing, and continuous improvement of procurement automation solutions.

  • Assist with the expansion of existing digital tools and the development of practical enhancements that improve procurement efficiency.

  • Contribute to Procurement CoE projects involving data analysis, reporting, process improvement, and digital enablement.

  • Analyze procurement and operational data to identify trends, improvement opportunities, and actionable insights.

  • Help document business requirements, workflows, testing results, user guidance, and project updates.

  • Collaborate with procurement stakeholders and cross-functional partners to understand needs and support solution adoption.

  • Provide organized follow-up on assigned activities, risks, open questions, and deliverables.

  • Automation and digital-tool creation tools and enhancements

  • Data analysis, trackers, dashboards, and management-ready summaries

  • Process maps, business requirements, test scripts, and user documentation

Who you are:

  • Current enrollment in a bachelor's degree program in business, Software engineering, supply chain, procurement, information systems, analytics, or a related field.

  • Working knowledge of Power Automate, Python, HTML/JS, Power Apps.

  • Interest in procurement, digital transformation, analytics, automation, and process improvement.

  • Ability to organize information, analyze data, solve problems, and communicate findings clearly.

  • Comfort working independently on assigned tasks while collaborating with a broader project team.

Preferred Skills:

  • Data & Analytics: PowerAutomate, data analysis, data integration, data modeling, and reporting

  • Digital Enablement: Process automation, testing, documentation, and continuous improvement

Learning Experience
