JOB DESCRIPTION - Digital Services Marketing Specialist
SUMMARY
The Digital Services Marketing Specialist is responsible for supporting the marketing strategy and execution for VRC's digital solutions and technology-focused service offerings. Working closely with the Director of Marketing and business leaders, this role helps develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that generate awareness, nurture leads, and support business growth.
The ideal candidate is a well-rounded B2B marketer with experience in digital marketing, email marketing automation, content creation, webinars, CRM platforms, and campaign analytics. This position plays a key role in executing marketing initiatives, supporting lead generation efforts, and ensuring campaigns are delivered effectively while also contributing to broader corporate marketing initiatives.

REPORTS TO
Director, Marketing
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Execute integrated marketing campaigns supporting VRC's digital solutions and service offerings.
  • Build, deploy, and optimize email marketing campaigns and automated journeys through Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Coordinate webinars and virtual events, including promotion, logistics, attendee communications, and follow-up.
  • Create marketing content such as blogs, emails, landing pages, social media posts, and sales collateral.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide reporting and recommendations to improve results.
  • Support website updates, SEO initiatives, digital advertising, and broader corporate marketing projects as needed.

Requirements
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing automation, email marketing, or B2B marketing.
  • Experience in marketing technology, software, professional services, healthcare, or information management solutions is preferred.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or a similar marketing automation platform.
  • Strong understanding of email marketing, lead nurturing, CRM systems, and marketing automation best practices.
  • Experience coordinating webinars and virtual events.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills with experience creating blogs, emails, landing pages, and digital marketing content.
  • Knowledge of SEO, website content management, and digital marketing best practices.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and brand consistency.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with Google Analytics, CRM platforms, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar marketing tools is a plus.
