Our Digital Experience team is seeking an experienced Senior Digital Project Manager to drive the successful execution of strategic digital initiatives across Four Hands' digital ecosystem. In this role, you'll partner closely with Product Management, Engineering, Product Design, QA, Marketing, and business stakeholders to coordinate cross-functional efforts, manage timelines, dependencies, and risks, and ensure initiatives are delivered efficiently from discovery through launch.
You'll play a key role in fostering collaboration, improving delivery processes, and enabling teams to deliver exceptional digital experiences that drive measurable customer and business outcomes.
In This Role
  • Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of digital initiatives from intake through launch, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives
  • Lead, coach, and develop assigned team member(s), fostering a collaborative, high-performing environment while supporting individual growth, accountability, and continuous improvement
  • Partner closely with Product Managers to translate product priorities and roadmaps into actionable delivery plans, coordinating work across Engineering, Product Design, QA, Content, and business stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, resource allocations, dependencies, and release schedules across multiple concurrent initiatives
  • Partner with Digital Experience leadership to balance priorities, manage team capacity, and identify delivery risks, ensuring resources are aligned to the highest-value initiatives
  • Proactively identify, manage, and communicate project risks, blockers, dependencies, and scope changes, facilitating timely decisions and issue resolution
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily standups, retrospectives, release planning, and cross-functional status meetings to support efficient team execution
  • Drive clear and consistent communication by providing stakeholders with regular updates on project health, milestones, timelines, risks, decisions, and key dependencies
  • Coordinate complex cross-functional initiatives across Digital Experience, IT, Marketing, Merchandising, Sales, Operations, and external partners to ensure alignment and successful delivery
  • Maintain project documentation, governance artifacts, decision logs, delivery reporting, and project dashboards to provide visibility into project health and progress
  • Monitor team capacity, delivery metrics, and project health to improve predictability, execution quality, and overall delivery effectiveness
  • Champion continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline workflows, strengthen Agile practices, and enhance cross-functional collaboration across the Digital Experience organization

The Ideal Person
  • 8+ years of experience managing digital, software, eCommerce, or technology projects in a cross-functional environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, or similar platforms
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex initiatives from planning through successful delivery
  • Experience working within Agile product development environments, including Scrum and Kanban methodologies
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, balancing priorities, timelines, dependencies, and competing stakeholder needs
  • Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies, project planning, risk management, and cross-functional communication
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
