REYNOLDS AMERICAN has an exciting opportunity for a Lead Manager - Campaign Operations in Winston - Salem, NC

Consumer Experience is seeking a dynamic and passionate leader to join the Digital Campaign Operations team responsible for the development of Campaigns and partnerships that enable the Company's sophisticated data-driven investment strategies. As a key member of an exciting and fast-paced group, this role provides an opportunity for ensuring that Campaign Operations is the backbone of our omni-channel initiatives, providing seamless journeys for Adult Tobacco Consumers and driving a mobile-first approach. As part of the Consumer Marketing Services team the Campaign Operation Manager will play an integral part in ensuring that strong relationships are maintained with the brands and Adult Tobacco Consumers. The role requires an innovative mindset, comfort with ambiguity, resourcefulness, determination, drive, and a sincere passion for professional growth within digital marketing.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Lead end to end operational delivery of email, SMS, mobile, and direct mail campaigns for 12+ brands.
  • Serve as a core end user in the use of Adobe Experience Platform products and the methods by which it can be used to effectively optimize digital business.
  • Manage campaign and journey intake, scoping, handoffs, execution readiness, and production deployment in support of customer journey building operations, primarily using the Adobe Marketing Cloud Solutions, including Campaign V8 and AEP.
  • Serve as escalation point for complex operational issues, campaign risks, and production incidents
  • Proficiency in communication strategies of consumer journeys, audience segmentation and personalization.
  • Ability to provide hands-on building and implementation of campaign set up, validation, execution, and testing.
  • Optimize campaign performance through A/B testing, personalization, creative, and content management.
  • Monitor internal testing results and industry best practices.
  • Integrate learnings to ensure optimal campaign results, improved email deliverability, and compliance around permission-based marketing.
  • Troubleshoot any errors that occur with the campaign or with any of the workflows within Adobe Campaign Classic, V8, and AEP.
  • Govern technical and creative requirements for campaigns as a Workfront power user, ensuring consistent application of intake standards, workflows, task routing, ownership, and reporting.
  • Partner with IT, Adobe, and external vendors on enhancements, automation, and release readiness activities.

 

What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor's degree required, Business or Marketing or equivalent experience. 
  • 2+ years of regulated industry experience
  • 3+ years of Digital Marketing experience
  • Strong communication, collaboration, credibility, and influencing skills.
  • 2+ years' experience in Adobe Campaign / AJO / AEP
  • Hands-on experience with Enterprise Marketing Campaign tools and CRM platforms (Adobe Campaign, Workfront, Salesforce, Marketo, Hubspot, AWeber, MailChimp etc.)
  • Hands-on experience with Enterprise SMS deployments (through vendors like Sinch or Twilio)
  • Understanding of key marketing regulations like CAN-SPAM, TCPA, etc.
  • The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize across many internal and Business projects. 
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS + JavaScript and/or scripting languages a plus 
  • The Lead Manager will support the business by delivering best in class marking campaign execution. 
  • Adobe Certified Expert type certification (example: Adobe Campaign Classic Business Practitioner) 
  • Proven ability to manage complex, high volume campaign workflows across multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong operational judgment, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Offers a passion for data-driven marketing strategies, consumer experiences and project management.
