You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams of specialists who are also committed to leveraging digital platforms to provide excellent care.

• Conduct in-depth, comprehensive assessments designed to identify clients’ mental health concerns, effectively formulate clinical diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans aligned with best practices.
• Deliver therapeutic interventions through individual, group, and family therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based modalities tailored to the specific goals and needs of each client, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Provide crisis intervention to clients facing acute mental health crises, enabling immediate support and resources to stabilize their conditions.
• Maintain detailed and confidential client records, documenting treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment findings in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
• Engage with interdisciplinary teams—including psychiatrists, social workers, and other mental health professionals—to coordinate holistic care strategies for clients.
• Educate clients and their families regarding mental health issues, therapeutic options, and available community resources while advocating for their rights and needs when necessary.
• Commit to ongoing professional development by staying current on best practices in mental health therapy through training sessions, workshops, and continuous education.

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families, all experiencing varying degrees of mental health challenges. Our client population encompasses those battling anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. By encouraging client participation and actively involving them in their treatment planning, you will boost their agency and foster a stronger therapeutic alliance.

• Must be a licensed Mental Health Therapist in New Jersey, holding credentials as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.
• A master’s or doctoral degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related mental health field is essential.
• Demonstrated expertise in clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
• Minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience preferred.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster trusting relationships with clients.
• Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team-driven environment.
• A deep commitment to upholding ethical and professional standards in practice.

• Experience in a clinical telehealth setting is advantageous but not mandatory for candidates applying for entry-level positions.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and experience working with different patient demographics will further enhance your candidacy.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
