In this role, you will utilize secure digital communication platforms to connect with clients, ensuring a confidential and supportive virtual environment.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health, addressing their emotional needs, concerns, and goals to create tailored treatment plans.
• Provide individual therapy sessions, employing various evidence-based practices to assist clients with a multitude of mental health challenges.
• Facilitate couples therapy aimed at improving communication, resolving conflicts, and fostering deeper connections between partners.
• Regularly review and adapt treatment strategies in response to clients' progress and evolving circumstances.
• Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions, ensuring compliance with documentation standards and timely completion of progress notes.
• Engage collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams and other healthcare providers to ensure well-rounded care for clients.
• Prepare to provide crisis intervention strategies for clients experiencing acute distress, ensuring their safety and support.
• Stay informed of current research, methodologies, and best practices in marriage and family therapy to enhance therapeutic effectiveness.
• Advocate for clients’ rights, empowering them to take charge of their treatment decisions while encouraging active participation in their personal growth.

You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse clientele, including teens, adults, and couples. Your role will entail addressing a wide range of mental health issues while promoting a therapeutic environment that values empathy, respect, and understanding. The inclusive approach ensures that all clients feel heard and supported during their therapeutic journey.

• A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field is required.
• Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist through the State Board.
• Proven experience providing therapy, specifically with individual clients and couples.
• Demonstrated ability to complete client assessments and treatment plans efficiently and accurately.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a proficiency in navigating electronic health record systems.

• At least 2 years of professional experience in providing therapy, with a specific focus on children, adolescents, and adults.
• Experience in crisis intervention and trauma-informed care approaches.
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices relevant to outpatient mental health services.

The salary range for this position is between USD 90,000 and 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive pay, we offer a comprehensive benefits package which includes:
