• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate patients' mental health status, identifying strengths, needs, and potential barriers to treatment.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored to individual patient goals.
• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and coordinated care for all patients.
• Educate patients and their families on mental health diagnoses, treatment options, and medication management, fostering a clear understanding of the therapeutic process.
• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities to address complexities of mental health issues.
• Develop and review personalized treatment plans that reflect the patient's preferences, goals, and therapeutic progress.
• Assist patients in navigating the mental health system, advocating for their rights and guiding them through available resources and support services.

The LCSW will work with a diverse population of clients facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
