• Conduct thorough virtual psychosocial assessments to analyze clients’ strengths and specific needs, providing a holistic view of their mental health status.
• Design and implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to individuals, families, and groups, ensuring that each session is impactful and geared towards achieving therapeutic goals.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including educators and healthcare providers, to coordinate comprehensive care plans that support clients’ overall wellness and academic success.
• Advocate for clients’ rights through effective communication with community resources and support services, helping them gain access to necessary external assistance.
• Maintain detailed documentation of each client interaction, treatment strategies, and progress outcomes within our electronic health records system to ensure continuity of care.
• Engage in team meetings, case discussions, and professional development workshops to continually sharpen clinical skills and expand your knowledge base.

In this role, you will primarily work with diverse populations, including children, adolescents, and families navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral difficulties. Your expertise will play a vital role in empowering clients to develop resilience and coping strategies that foster their emotional well-being both in a school setting and beyond.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Arizona is mandatory.
• At least three years of post-licensure experience providing clinical social work services with demonstrable competencies.
• Extensive knowledge in conducting diagnostic assessments, formulating effective treatment plans, and delivering therapeutic modalities.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, adept at building rapport with a diverse clientele.
• A strong commitment to cultural competence, social justice, ethical standards, and the promotion of holistic client care.

• Experience working within a school environment, particularly in virtual settings, is a significant advantage.
• Demonstrated skills in utilizing therapeutic tools and methodologies applicable to various client profiles.
• Proven capability to engage in family dynamics and collaborate effectively with educational institutions.

• This role offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and caseload.
