• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the social, emotional, and psychological needs of clients, focusing on their unique circumstances and challenges.
• Deliver individual and group counseling sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic methods tailored to the needs of our clients.
• Work closely with clients to develop and implement personalized service plans, setting realistic goals that promote recovery and empowerment.
• Actively advocate for clients' rights and access to pertinent resources, addressing any barriers they may face.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including other mental health professionals and community organizations, to deliver comprehensive care and support.
• Participate in ongoing program evaluation and development, contributing to data collection for grant reporting and continuous improvement.
• Engage in team training sessions, community outreach, and public education efforts about mental health and detox services.

Your primary focus will be on clients experiencing substance use issues, including those in the detoxification process. You'll interact with diverse populations, ranging from individuals seeking recovery to families affected by addiction. By addressing both immediate mental health needs and underlying socio-emotional factors, you'll play a crucial role in their journey towards recovery and overall well-being.

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution is required.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.
• Proficiency in trauma-informed care principles and an understanding of socioeconomic factors impacting mental health are essential.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on empathy and active listening.
• Superior organizational abilities, crucial for managing caseload and documentation efficiently in a remote setting.
