Job description

Under minimal supervision, plans and executes digital product strategy, technology/product development, technology and/or product support and/or customer engagement strategies in support of the company's product and service portfolio.

Essential Functions

  • Conducts market and competitive analysis, product analysis, digital industry and customer research to create and optimize the customer experience. Partner with cross-functional teams to define, implement and launch market-leading, customer-centric products or programs.

  • Provides subject matter expertise to support strategic priorities.

  • Maintains expertise on products and technologies through training and research and uses that training to drive and/or implement best practices and foster continuous improvement.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Job responsibilities:

  • Lead the monetization strategy for premium technology and data products within the global supply chain ecosystem, including advanced visibility, sustainability, and monitoring solutions.

  • Own the end-to-end GTM lifecycle for paid product launches.

  • Lead the commercial product strategy for strategic supply chain technology partnerships.

  • Develop value-based pricing models that align software/data costs with customer ROI and operational savings.

  • Launch and lead commercial pilots to validate the revenue potential of Digital Paid Products within the supply chain technology ecosystem

  • Define the KPIs and success criteria required to scale digital product pilots into full market offerings.

  • Proactively manage launch risks and adapt strategies to ensure on-time, commercially successful rollouts.

Additional skills considered a plus:

  • Logistics Tech/SaaS Expertise: Proven track record in the supply chain technology sector (e.g., post-purchase, visibility, WMS/OMS software).

  • Deep understanding of shipper, 3PL, and merchant buyer personas and their operational pain points.

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and defend compelling business cases for pricing strategies to ROI-driven executives.

  • Proven Agile experience driving product launches, with a track record of rapidly resolving critical-path technical and operational roadblocks.


Minimum Education

Bachelor's Degree/equivalent experience in marketing, finance, computer science, engineering or related business discipline.

Minimum Experience

Five (5) years experience in a digital marketing or digital product management environment or demonstrated knowledge gained through coursework or work experience in digital product marketing, management, or technology support.

More advanced degrees may offset experience requirements. A related Master's Degree equals two (2) years experience.

Strong ability to understand business and customer needs, customer/user experience management, product analysis and technology capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications: This position is eligible for remote work and may be located anywhere within the United States excluding AK, HI and U.S. territories, however if you live within the 50 miles radius of a campus you will be required to work at a FedEx campus location sever al times per week.
