What You'll Do:
Engage with potential clients over the phone, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions that showcase our industry-leading call center services.
Build and maintain relationships with both new and existing clients, providing outstanding customer care and support.
Meet and exceed sales goals through strategic prospecting, follow-ups, and closing deals.
Collaborate with the sales team and management to implement innovative sales strategies and improve service offerings.
Handle company-generated leads, follow marketing initiatives. and place cold calls with equal enthusiasm
Maintain accurate records in our CRM and ensure follow-up on every opportunity.
