Summary/Objective
Five Stones Research Corporation (5SRC) is seeking energetic candidates to join our established and growing Huntsville-headquartered team.
Essential Functions
  • Partner with teams across the organization to assist with daily operational needs.
  • Gather information, analyze data, and support strategic and operational projects.
  • Capture notes and key takeaways from meetings to track follow-up actions.
  • Assist in the production and update reports, metrics, and presentation materials.
  • Contribute to efforts aimed at streamlining internal processes.
  • Handle administrative tasks including data entry and digital file organization.
  • Provide support across business development, HR, and contract functions.
  • Assist in creating communications and updating internal guidelines and forms.
  • Coordinate company gatherings and internal events.
  • Support contract activities, including project initiation and customer coordination.
  • Aid in producing marketing materials and written submissions for opportunities.
  • Contribute to training content and identify potential new business leads.
  • Complete additional responsibilities as needed.

Required Education and Experience
  • Recent graduate of an accredited Bachelor's degree program in Business Management or Administration

Preferred Experience
  • Prior business-related internships (Management, Sales, Finance, etc.)
