Job description

Zenoti is the operating system of OVME. It's how clients book, how providers run their day, how our front desk teams welcome guests, and how our memberships come to life. As the Digital Product Manager, you will own the day-to-day performance, configuration, and evolution of Zenoti across all 27 studios - and serve as a connective product owner across the broader digital platform ecosystem that supports the business (including NetSuite, Bubblehouse, Klaviyo, Birdeye, and the integrations between them).
Roughly 80% of your time will be focused on Zenoti - ensuring it performs, scales, and supports our growth. The remaining 20% will flex across other digital platforms where product ownership, configuration, or cross-system integration is needed. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who loves the intersection of operations, technology, and client experience, and who is energized by being the single point of accountability for how our digital stack works together.
Zenoti platform management (primary focus): Serve as the internal subject matter expert on Zenoti. Own configuration, feature rollouts, release management, and the vendor relationship with the Zenoti team.
Cross-platform product ownership: Act as the digital product owner across adjacent systems - NetSuite, Bubblehouse, Klaviyo, Birdeye, and others - partnering with system owners to scope enhancements, manage integrations, and ensure data flows cleanly between platforms.
Roadmap & prioritization: Build and maintain a rolling product roadmap informed by field feedback, client experience signals (including Birdeye sentiment), and executive priorities. Balance quick wins with longer-term platform investments across the digital stack.
Cross-functional partnership: Translate between studio operations, clinical leadership, marketing, and finance - turning ambiguous business problems into clear product requirements and measurable outcomes.
Client experience optimization: Partner with Marketing and Operations to continuously improve the booking, rebooking, and membership experience - a known friction point and a clear growth lever.
Membership enablement: Support the Membership workstream by scoping and delivering features like member-exclusive booking windows, waitlist prioritization, rollover credit visibility, and Bubblehouse-powered loyalty experiences.
Data & reporting: Ensure Zenoti and adjacent platform data flow cleanly into Power BI and BigQuery. Partner with the Data & Enablement team to standardize definitions, govern integrations, and surface new insights.
Studio support & enablement: Build the documentation, training, and escalation paths that help 27 studios use the platform confidently and consistently.
Release & change management: Test new features, manage rollouts, and communicate changes clearly to field teams so updates land smoothly - across Zenoti and any adjacent platform changes that affect studio workflows.
4+ years of product management, platform management, or technical operations experience - ideally with a booking, POS, CRM, or practice management platform (Zenoti, Mindbody, Boulevard, Vagaro, Athena, or similar)
Experience working across multiple SaaS platforms and integrations - comfort owning product decisions in an environment where systems must talk to each other cleanly
Proven track record translating operational and client experience needs into product requirements and measurable results
Comfort living in the details: configuration settings, API integrations, data flows, reporting logic
Strong written and verbal communication - you can brief an executive, write a crisp requirements doc, and train a front desk team all in the same day
Experience partnering with external vendors and internal technical teams
Bonus Points For
Direct Zenoti experience (configuration, reporting, or API integrations)
Familiarity with NetSuite, Bubblehouse, Klaviyo, or Birdeye
Familiarity with Power BI, BigQuery, or similar BI and data warehouse tools
Background in medical aesthetics, wellness, or premium consumer services
Experience supporting membership or subscription business models
Multi-location retail, hospitality, healthcare, or wellness experience strongly preferred
A client-first instinct. You obsess over the moments that make (or break) an experience.
