Our team is seeking a senior project manager to lead complex, cross-functional projects while partnering closely with account teams to deliver exceptional client experiences. This individual thrives in a fast-paced environment, effectively manages competing priorities, and brings a collaborative, solutions-oriented approach to every project. The ideal candidate is highly organized, accountable, proactive, and skilled at building strong relationships across internal teams and with clients.
Essential Duties amp; Responsibilities

Project Planning amp; Leadership
  • Develop and lead comprehensive project plans, including schedules, resource assignments, workflows, and key deliverables across multiple departments.
  • Partner with Account, Creative, Strategy, Technical, Production, Media, Performance Marketing, and other cross-functional teams to define project scope, timelines, and execution plans.
  • Build trusted client relationships by managing expectations, communicating project status, incorporating feedback, and ensuring successful project delivery.
  • Lead cross-functional teams by fostering collaboration, encouraging diverse perspectives, facilitating productive discussions, and proactively removing obstacles to keep work moving forward.
  • Communicate project plans, changing priorities, resource updates, risks, and status clearly to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Proactively manage project timelines, resource forecasting, internal reviews, and dependencies to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.
  • Anticipate project risks, develop contingency plans, and implement creative, solutions-oriented approaches to keep projects on track.
  • Champion agency project management processes and quality assurance standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Project Execution amp; Financial Management
  • Serve as the primary internal and external point of contact for day-to-day project execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, within budget, and at the highest quality.
  • Coordinate project activities by establishing priorities, assigning work, managing dependencies, resolving issues, and maintaining momentum throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor project scope and manage change requests, ensuring adjustments are appropriately estimated, communicated, and approved.
  • Manage project financial performance by developing estimates, Statements of Work, forecasts, resource plans, pricing, and change requests while ensuring projects achieve profitability goals.
  • Participate in resource management discussions to balance workloads and optimize team capacity across projects.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet agency quality standards and client expectations before final delivery.
Digital amp; Production Knowledge
  • Demonstrate working knowledge of digital marketing and production workflows, including paid media, paid social, search, landing pages, analytics and tracking, email marketing, digital advertising, video, audio, print production, and campaign measurement.
  • Understand the fundamentals of Google Analytics tagging and tracking to support accurate reporting and campaign measurement.
  • Apply knowledge of production requirements, asset specifications, versioning, and media execution to ensure successful campaign delivery.
Education amp; Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
  • Approximately five years of experience in project management, digital production, or a related role within an agency or similar client-service environment.
  • Experience managing medium- to large-scale projects from planning through execution and delivery.
  • Preferred experience partnering closely with Account Management or serving in a hybrid Project Management/Account Management capacity.
  • Preferred experience supporting clients in regulated industries such as healthcare, energy, automotive, or other complex business environments.
  • Experience managing multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience using project management platforms, collaboration technologies, and AI-enabled productivity tools to improve planning, workflow efficiency, and project delivery.
