Job description

The Senior Project Manager plays an integral role in collaborating closely with our client to deliver on digital projects which drive one of the world’s most trafficked websites. You will take a leadership role and support our client’s presence across all products. Their digital properties are a showcase for Internet standards and innovation in addition to being a critical part of the product marketing strategy.

Candidates for this position must have a solid track record of guiding key digital communications efforts across multiple channels and a range of platforms. This role will require close collaboration with internal creative and development teams, as well as other business stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with ambiguity and change, able to focus on the smallest detail as well as define strategic plans.

You Will:
  • Senior Project Manager with experience leading website builds and re-design projects (nice to have experience with AEM)

  • Strong technical project management background, including Agile/Sprint methodology.

  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and working in client-facing environments.

  • **Collaborative mindset **with the ability to work across Creative (Copy, Design, UX), Strategy, Technology, Media, Search, and Analytics teams.

  • Experience with JIRA, Smartsheet, Keynote, and Figma.

  • Drive internal team, from strategy and research to creative to development and QA in website redesign and rebuild.

  • Build sprint plans and backlogs to support website build.

  • Along with Account Lead, guide clients on project success and facilitate consensus.

  • Align the team with client insights and objectives.

  • Develop comprehensive project plans with budgets that align with client interests.

  • Track and communicate project scope, status, and deliverables.

  • Facilitate meetings and manage risks, ensuring quality in all deliverables.

  • Foster a collaborative, positive environment that motivates the team to produce award-winning work.

  • Oversee project budgets, forecasts, POs, and invoices, while identifying and mitigating project risks.

  • Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders.

You Have:
  • 7+ years’ experience in digital project management supporting the marketing and development of digital communications across a variety of channels and platforms.

  • 7+ years’ experience managing product launches, campaigns, platforms and corporate initiatives.

  • 4+ years’ developing marketing content for multiple digital platforms and partners.

  • Familiarity with digital communication platforms and technologies.

  • Proficiency with office and project management tools (Smartsheet, Excel, Jira, Figma, Keynote).

  • Strong understanding of how to manage and control project scope, schedule, budget and resource management / reporting and change management, project roadmap development, and revenue forecasting.

  • Strong understanding of project management principles, sprint methodology, change management, and revenue forecasting.

  • Experience managing teams and conversations with clients around scope, schedule, and budget as well as roadmaps, objectives, and strategies.
