Key Responsibilities
Project Initiation:
  • Assist in initiating new projects by creating opportunities in SalesForce, developing project schedules in TaskRay, and establishing engineering tasks in Trello.
  • Create Request for Information (RFI) documents.
  • Start project documents from templates, including Data Logger Channels Layouts, Modbus Points List, Preprogramming Docs, and Install Docs.

Project Management:
  • Maintain project details and updates in Confluence and TaskRay.
  • Process orders for installers in SalesForce.
  • Create Project Installation Guide for reference and documentation.
  • Review engineering drawings and deliverables, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
  • Collect and share calibration reports with relevant stakeholders.
  • Share project documents and collateral with clients.
  • Close and archive project collateral upon project completion.

Collaboration and Support:
  • Collaborate internally with Sales, Engineering, Production, Support, and Accounting teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate externally with Construction EPCs, SCADA Integrators, Developers and Installers to ensure successful completion of the project.
  • Support the project management team in capturing and sharing project metrics.
  • Assist in achieving department goals by contributing to project success.
  • Work closely with site and landowners to coordinate installation activities.

Client Communication and Support:
  • Conduct project kick-off calls and site readiness calls with clients.
  • Provide technical expertise and support to clients in response to inquiries.
  • Review and respond to RFI requests and comments from clients.
  • Provide daily updates to clients on installation progress and milestones.

Installation Management:
  • Coordinate with schedulers and clients to select installers and schedule installation activities.
  • Support installers in the field during the project installation phase.
  • Manage site and installation changes, including processing change orders.
  • Review installations (both physical and data outputs) to verify completeness and quality.
  • Review and approve subcontractor invoices related to the project.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in technical project management, preferably in the renewable energy or construction industry.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as SalesForce, TaskRay, Trello, Confluence.
  • Experience with structured problem solving and continuous improvement.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Technical expertise in weather station installation or related field is advantageous.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% annually.

Compensation Information:
Base Salary Range: $80,000 - $100,000 USD (Annually)
