Construction Project Manager Assistant – Support High-Impact Commercial Building Projects Across Louisville


Job Overview

The Opportunity

You will serve as a foundational anchor for our project management team, directly supporting leaders on high-impact commercial builds. This role empowers you to take complete ownership of critical documentation and logistics without navigating corporate red tape. You will work within a nimble, fast-growing company where your efficiency makes an immediate difference every day.


How You Will Make An Impact

  • Facilitate competitive bid solicitations and extract vendor quotes that align strictly with project budgets.
  • Initialize new commercial construction assignments within Procore and establish comprehensive digital project profiles.
  • Standardize, issue, and aggressively track owner AIA contracts, subcontracts, and purchase orders to signature.
  • Coordinate crucial pre-construction meetings and compile complete data packages to empower jobsite Superintendents.
  • Manage the submittal and RFI lifecycles by routing critical technical data between subcontractors and architects.
  • Audit incoming AP invoices against project costs to isolate discrepancies and flag budget variances early.
  • Compile finalized closeout manuals and organized documentation binders for professional delivery to owners.


Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven administrative or assistant-level experience directly within the commercial general construction sector.
  • Solid familiarity with structural building documentation, including contracts, submittals, change orders, and RFIs.
  • Prior experience utilizing specialized construction management platform systems to track project workflows.
  • High School Diploma or GED.


Preferred Qualifications & Experience

  • Dedicated operational experience working with Procore and Computer Sage software software platforms.
  • Advanced proficiency in drafting owner-contractor agreements and maintaining real-time cost-tracking spreadsheets.
  • Strong background working with standard AIA contract documentation and percentage-complete owner billing.
