Job description

Zachary Piper Solutions (ZPS) is seeking an eDiscovery Project Coordinator to support attorneys on some of the nation's most complex fraud investigations and litigation matters in Washington, DC . The eDiscovery Project Coordinator will serve as the primary liaison between legal teams and technology, managing the full Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) lifecycle across multiple high-profile matters. This position is fully onsite in Washington, DC. Responsibilities of the eDiscovery Project Coordinator include: * Serve as the primary technical advisor throughout the eDiscovery lifecycle, providing guidance on workflows, technology, and best practices * Manage 8-10 complex litigation and investigation matters simultaneously from data collection through production and trial support * Partner with attorneys and legal teams to develop technical discovery strategies, project plans, and case workflows * Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful execution of discovery activities * Translate legal requirements into technical work orders supporting data collection, processing, culling, review, analytics, and production * Administer and support document review platforms including Relativity and RelOne * Manage large-scale document reviews utilizing advanced search, analytics, technology-assisted review (TAR), and AI-assisted review tools * Execute document productions, quality control, exhibit preparation, and trial support activities * Monitor project schedules, budgets, deliverables, and case metrics while providing regular status updates to stakeholders * Ensure compliance with security protocols, legal requirements, and procedures for handling sensitive and seized evidence * Train attorneys and case teams on eDiscovery platforms, workflows, and litigation support technologies * Support continuous process improvements across litigation support operations and discovery workflows Qualifications of the eDiscovery Project Coordinator include: * Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant professional experience * 5+ years of experience supporting eDiscovery, litigation support, or legal technology initiatives * Strong knowledge of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) * Experience managing complex discovery projects from collection through production * Hands-on experience with Relativity Server, RelOne, Nuix, Axiom, or similar eDiscovery platforms * Experience supporting large-scale document reviews and production workflows * Knowledge of enterprise IT infrastructure, data sources, file systems, and network environments * Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance Preferred Qualifications: * Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA), Relativity Certified Specialist, PMP, CEDS, or other industry certifications * Experience supporting fraud investigations, government litigation, or regulatory enforcement matters * Experience managing document reviews exceeding one million records * Knowledge of digital forensics, evidence handling, and chain of custody procedures * Experience with Technology Assisted Review (TAR), AI-assisted review, prompt engineering, and advanced search methodologies * Experience supporting trial preparation, exhibit management, and courtroom technology * Familiarity with cloud-based eDiscovery environments and enterprise data repositories Compensation for the eDiscovery Project Coordinator includes: * Salary: $80,000 - $105,000 (depending on experience) * Comprehensive Benefits Package including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTO, and Paid Holidays This job opens for applications on August 4, 2026.
