What are some common challenges digital program managers face when coordinating cross-functional teams?

Digital Program Managers often encounter challenges in aligning goals and timelines across diverse teams such as development, marketing, and design. Communication gaps and shifting priorities can create roadblocks, requiring the Program Manager to proactively facilitate collaboration and keep everyone focused on shared objectives. Balancing stakeholder expectations while managing resource constraints is also a frequent hurdle, but effective planning and transparent updates help mitigate these issues.
